This years Shop Steward Seminar covered the IKEA Lockout from a “legal perspective”, five basic steps to organizing a Union, training school and construction updates and new legislation “Bullying and Harassment” training. Back by popular demand two interactive skits presented by the Legal Department and Business Representatives on what Shop Stewards should and should not do. Both Vancouver and Kelowna Seminars were well attended.
