NOTICE TO All LOCKED OUT IKEA BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS
Teamster Local 213 members who are Locked Out and have a policy with American Income Life Insurance Company
can have their premiums waived if they have had policies in place for 90 days. Every member with a policy should
have a Lock Out/Strike waiver in his or her insurance file. If you have misplaced yours and require another, please
contact the Union. The member and the Union Local must sign the waiver.
